Yes it is very challenging and difficult. She has done very well, and good on her for putting all the work in. It is much harder though when a person has to wait over two years or longer for the same surgery with increased deterioration and pain and perhaps not always get the opportunity for post op physio due to a lack of resources. I hope she continues to recover and enjoy a pain free life as most do after this surgery whether it is done privately or on the NHS. It is a life changing operation in many cases.
