DOES THAT MEAN THAT SIMON HELEP WAS NOT AN INJUSTICE?

My question now if Sinner was proved to have been tested positive not once but twice of the banned substance! Wada has NOT issued yet its FINAL DECISION ON Sinner! As stated, was SIMONA HALEP accorded the same treatment??? The answer is a BIG, BIG NO!!! THAT'S DOUBLE STANDARDS!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😂😂😂😂😂

Agree. Sinner and Swiatek were treated not the same as how Halep was treated.

You are someone that doesn’t understand what happened they tested him twice that week in a short time frame he came back with a tiny amount of which didn’t give him any advantage whatsoever the independent body and even WADA said that. WADA appealed over a technical aspect that he should be held responsible for a mistake made by someone Else also WADA didn’t issue yet it’s final decision on sinner because they won’t issue anything on him it up as it’s up CAB not WADA . Halep admitted taking the supplements and swiatez took something to help her sleep.

I think you need to read up on the actual case before taking such a strong stance. Here is the link to the 33 page document. chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/www.itia.tennis/media/yzgd3xoz/240819-itia-v-sinner.pdf (you can just Google it). The case is thoroughly reasoned. Also, if you were to drink a bottle of wine at 5pm, and you had alcohol in the blood as a result when tested at 6pm. Would you still be surprised if you had alcohol in your blood at 7pm?

That is not correct. It does not matter how, where, or why you doped. Mr. Sinner doped himself so he must be responsible. Besides he is an evil guy, looking at him makes me puke.

@@thomasdelaney8117 Yeah Thomas, even great institutions such as WADA are wrong. Thomas, you are out of your mind.
