If it's not too personal, how do you apply Space as your word of the year? I love how you set up your spreads, simple, but pretty and functional!!

This will be my first official attempt at a word of the year. My plan is to start each month off with some journaling about my word and come up with one area to focus on each month related to it. For January I’m going to focus on creating “space” in my daily routine for morning workouts to make it more of a priority than it was in 2019. Hope that helps!
