EPSP is not explained correctly. Slow EPSP is caused by Gq type mAChR (M1, M3, M5). Gq type acts via PLC pathway, not cAMP

Is it -55 or -65 mv? According to Pinel's Biopsychology 7th edition, the threshold is around -65 mv. I would appreciate if someone would help me clarify this a bit... great presentation btw !!!

Thank you but I think there is something don't clear for me if the exitatory postsynaptic potention from what I understood is facilitate the action potention occure then when and how action potention occure ?? ...sorry for bad language 😅

Very first action potentials are generated due to external environment.
