This whole Japan arc was insane. MAV your channel has been such therapy for us all I think…The past 5 years has been pretty hard and lonely, but I made it through. I've never been to Japan outside of layovers at Narita, but I think a big part of what makes this country so attractive for travels like this is the peace of mind you have in knowing you won't get robbed, stabbed, things stolen, etc... and people generally leave you alone.

I was stationed twice in Okinawa japan for a total of 7 years 3 months and I loved every minute of it! I really loved watching your Japanese videos! They actually made me a little home sick for Japan! Great video as per usual keep up the good work!

I also have to note that Japanese vehicles are small but amazing because they run well and pack alot in that small space. I wish I could buy a cheap left side drive RV from Japan. Easy to fix and long lasting is a definite dream list level item.

Have loved following you on this amazing trip! Just one suggestion: I have been doing the long-haul flights to Asia from the US - 36 hours or more! - for years, and I have found that wearing a really good face mask will keep you from getting sick on the plane. I started doing it long before covid and always got strange looks, but it is a SOLID game changer for not getting sick those first few days after you land. When you head back, definitely take a face mask on the plane and use it, except when you eat or drink, obviously, but the other 35 hours of wearing it make a huge difference.

I slept on a sleeper train in Thailand and couldn't help but chuckle because sleeping (or lack of sleep) on one of those things is no joke. I slept with noise cancelling headphones on and it barely helped
