I’d just like you to know. I’m a 43 yr old bloke from the uk, and I absolutely love watching these videos you create. They give me a window to something I may never be able to experience, and even better, my 17 yr old daughter loves watching the cooking as well, and gives me things to talk with her about. And this is a great thing to share. So thank you for doing these vids, honestly. I’m really grateful .x

It's 5:45am on Monday June 24th. I don't want to get out of bed, but it's time for the week to start. The only thing that's going to get me through this week to come is the sweet promise of a hibachi dinner on Friday evening after work. I'm so comfortable in my bed watching this, but it's time to go to work.

I've had A5 wagyu before, and it is ridiculously, wildly rich. I'm a VERY big guy, and I was stuffed after 6-7 ounces (170-200 grams), or about half a steak. This dude just ate TWO AND A HALF of these steaks, plus sides, plus dessert. I can't even fathom how that is possible.

the only impressive parts of this video are the chef's knife skills and the marbling on that cut of beef. It's overcooked and over-attended, because it has no time to sit in the fats that they're just putting all over the griddle. this video honestly just made me mad, give me an oven and a skillet with that cut of beef and I'll make you something actually delicious. They didn't even let the salt sit on the beef!! Also, I can't make fried rice for shit, but I'm pretty sure any wok chef would cry.
