Mizuki: She plays Puzzle Bobble and enjoys Dagashi shop products. Me: This is my childhood in Spain too, despite the distance. Here a dagashi shop / candy shop is "tienda de chuches" ( chuches is the short form of chucherias, the name for the sweet snacks but they also sell salty ones, as almonds, nuts, toasted corn and rice, macadamian nuts by weight or in individuals packs ). In 80´s and 90´s summers, if you have no failed asignatures = you have free time for bikes, swimming and playing your favorites videogames, home or in arcade saloons, alone and/or with friends.Manga and anime was not easy as nowdays to distribute, find, consume but there were releases first on VHS domestic video system, then later on DVDs on the renting video stores but also available for selling it. Nowdays fortunately both are VERY popular, admired and respected in a lot of festivals focus on the japanese artistic world only. Thank you both,Ken, for the vid: very interesting and educative work. Cute video, it honestly made me laugh, I wish I was in Ken's mind when he went to the maid cafe! I really liked the part dedicated to retro games, it's always impressive to see consoles from the 80s and 90s again, then Mizuki is really enthusiastic about what he sees and buys, he's a cheerful person who brings joy. It was nice you did another video with her. It was very fun and entertaining. I've seen that maid Cafe in another video. I don't know how those ladies keep up that energy. I like it but if I was in Japan I don't know if I could visit. I would feel a bit out of place.

Ooo was here 2 weeks ago. Wish I knew of the weapon shop, they even have the gun from Hellsing (one of the most bonkers manga ever)! Looks like Mizuki perfectly planned everything, whereas most of us overseas otaku will gasp and visit every store and feel sorry there's only 24 hours in a day...😂😂😂

The Maid café really looks good but I don't think I'll be able to match the energy the maids are giving and the food doesn't seem to be hot, so I think I'll pass.
