I can agree... But picked up an antique cutter and now I know how it works. Cold Soba is refreshing but homemade Udon with perfected soup is much better than menulog. lol

Watching this makes my arms hurt. Udon is acutally hard to make because it requires a bit of power to put the dough to the right shape to cut the noodles

Very good and fast but I hope that he may take precautions for the safety of his fingers in the future. Its make me nervous just watching it as the cutter gets too close to his fingers .

This is the most traditional and common method of making noodles in northern China since ancient times. There are hundreds of ways of making noodles in China, but Japan learned only a few of them secretly, and then named it Japanese noodles.

@@Siglex yes, many sizes, many shapes, many process methods, many cooking methods, dumplings, noodles traditional foods. Our home-cooked dishes take as much time and effort as western desserts.

See, if you work hard, you get excellent sleep... You don't need RUM.... But, people who need RUM... Need it badly... So... It is a necessary necesity... Nothing like a status symbol... So... Why tax necessaries so heavy... Rather it should be completely tax free... Something like entertainment tax... Not a necessity to be taxed... Government - free from unnecessary evils... Shampagne standard!!! No status attached standard!!!!

@restaurantman2 жыл бұрын
The Korean Kal-guksu and the Japanese Udon were both derived from Chinese noodles which predate both.
