I like how they start getting mixed up in languages e.g. "zettai fucked up" or even something that's still a japanese word but she pronounces it halfway between english and japanese pronunciation "internet slangu da yo--".

I love how Joey keeps pointing out the plain young ppl slang. It feels like he's subtly throwing out the age difference between him and Reina. Though I think it's interesting, what might have been internet nerd slang for Reina's age group is just normal slang for Joey's.

@@ImKrissie You can study a language to be bilingual! It's harder when you're an adult but it's definitely worth it. :D I'm not the person who replied earlier, but I'm Japanese American. I think in English but when I'm upset or nervous sometimes my thoughts switch to Japanese hahahaha

Where i come from, that's pretty normal, being bilingual i mean. there's hardly anyone around who isn't at least bilingual. i know 6 languages myself (4 languages & 2 dialects of 1 of those, if you wanna be really picky), & well, it sounds like boasting, but i do find myself cool from time to time being able to switch from one language to another. also, it's never too late to learn. i'm still adding others to my collection, & i'm 32.

@ 2:59 explains sarcasm I know in some videos they say that sarcasm isn't a thing in japan, but maybe thats why the internet slang is SO DIFFERENT, because they understand sarcasm in slang online but not in proper language

Japanese living in America here. I got all of them except the last one. Just like The Anime Man said they are pretty standard words young people use nowadays.
