I am really impressed by the skills of the tamagoyaki cook. He works so fast and with so much precission. Last year, I attended a cooking class in Tokyo and we learnt to make tamagoyaki, and I found it very difficult to do it.

I am glad to see any store or restaurant, who is specializing in a tasty japanese dish. For example a restaurant doing only tonkotsu ramen, or only tempura.
