It's been like that here in Florida, too. I believe it's Cicadas that actually make the loudest naturally produced tone that won't cause hearing damage to a human for multiple hour exposure. Interesting to see humans have evolved to match them, it makes me believe they've been making those sounds for millions of years.

Looked like the new Hidden Valley Ranch sprinkle that comes in a shaker like the one in which pre-grated parmesan is sold. People in the US have been sprinkling that stuff on everything from veggies to popcorn, baked potatoes to rice.

I always love hearing people practicing their instruments in Japanese parks! The high quality and reasonable price of pre-made food in Japan (from konbinis, supermarkets, whatever) is just so amazing. I love to cook but feel like I would cook less if I lived there just because there's so much good food ready to go!

Ginkgos come in male and female trees, the females are the only ones that produce the fruit. The only way to know if it's male or female is to wait until the fruit is produced. My town in Iowa has a lot of ginkgo trees, when I was a kid the city wanted to get rid of them because of the fruit. There was a big uproar and we had a "ginkgo festival" for a few years where we celebrated the ginkgo tree. I love watching your videos, I feel like I'm living vicariously through you two. Trying all the fun things you try.
