Is the way you get trains in Japan different from the way you get trains in your country? Let me know any differences or things you find difficult when you get trains in Japan😎 Thank you for watching!

Hi 👋 Thank you for this video. 👏 In my country where I was born, the subway is similar to the one in Japan. But it is not silent at all. Where I live, the subway is open. You can't control tickets, but if the inspector catches a person without a ticket...it gets expensive.

Thank you for watching and answering the question! So technically, you can take a tube free? haha That doesn't happen in Tokyo for sure😂

I guess something I'd add is to at least know ____ wa doko desu ka to ask where something is (as an example, "Yamanote sen wa doko desu ka" meaning where is the Yamanote line). Typically, with my experience station staff will usually reply in Japanese but they'll also use hand gestures so even if you don't really know any Japanese its fairly easy to understand what they're saying. edit: I forgot to add that this is very useful when you use a metro station as usually your phone won't know exactly where you are making it easy to get lost so it's often easier to just ask where the thing is you're heading to.

Thank you for watching and for your advice😊 I was supposed to discuss Japanese phrases, as you mentioned, but I guess it's too difficult for foreigners to remember them, so I removed it. haha Thank you for sharing it instead of me! Very helpful😉

The only thing missing in your videos is. The great smell. The first thing I noticed when I visit Japan is the clean air and smell. Here in America the only place I can get that smell is the Japanese market. 🎌

Hello, Is the train sign's time and destination always the END STATION of that line? How can I make sure I am on right direction, once I arrive at platform? Thanks 4:44 : Shinjuku Destination, Platform 4, at 14:30? Get off at Shinjuki station?

Thank you for watching😊 It's not always the terminal station, so you need to check the line map and find where the train stops, etc!
