Thank you! Sorry to hear the price of rice is going up in Japan; in the US, inflation is affecting all the proteins, and eggs were particularly high a few weeks ago. Good luck and thank you for your hard work!

Thank you for your kindness. We often hear that prices are quite high in the U.S. as well... I hope rice prices will settle down in Japan soon. Thanks again and hope you will enjoy these meal prep recipes sometime!

Crunchy rice is popular in many countries. I haven't tried it (only accidentally burnt rice). I would like to give these a try!

Japanese rice is comparable to short grain rice, but japanese rice is stickier with a much higher starch, fiber, and protein content, making it healthier.

Please, we want the Japanese soup recipe found in most anime. All I remember is that the recipe contains carrots, onions, chicken or meat and potatoes. There are other things I don't remember. 😊

these look so good! thank you for sharing your recipes! i will try some of them next week. can i put these in the fridge and store them for a whole week? i'm worried they might go bad after 2-3 days. 🥲
@JapaneseCookingChannelАй бұрын
Thank you! Hope you will like it 😊 I think it will last a week, but I can't guarantee it, so you should eat it within 4 days or so if at all possible. If you want to make sure they last longer, you can freeze them.
