Wow more than his passion & craft, the way his restaurant is looking i like a lot, there is a real vibe between giving the customers a professional look & a very cozy one at the same time. Props to him for the very hard work of making it there & we can just wish he continues

I’m always so amazed on how the Japanese always put so much emphasis on presentation and quality in everything they do down to the last detail but it’s especially prevalent in their culinary dishes. This chef is clearly a master of his craft.

His calm demeanor exudes a certain charisma. Polite and really appreciates his guests. He works meticulously with passion. It's no surprise that his food works exude an artistic aura. I hope a figure like this is made into a more detailed short film.

As a Dutch person, I would definitely choose to eat at the chef's after watching this video and take part in the real Japanese kitchen. Enchanting how the chef works. Typically Japanese is the structured, the peace and all the freshness of the ingredients. オランダ人として、このビデオを見た後は、間違いなくシェフと一緒に本物の日本料理を食べたいと思います。シェフの仕事ぶりが魅力的。典型的な日本料理は、その構造、静けさ、食材の新鮮さです。

I cannot fully express how much I admire this culture
Fantastic presentation & attitude… the menu looks lush... new discovery to me… if you are a record collector and stepped-off the subway at Shiyakusho-mae Station… you could visit (possibly) the best 12 record stores in Kyoto whilst walking back to the main station and based on the video… eat well here… next time eating here is high on the agenda ;-)

WoW 😮 great attitude and willingness to excel because he enjoys it, not for the money. It's great he's also embraced japanese tattoos the same way and it's a shame that japanese tattoos have become so intricately entwined with the criminal culture and not just Thier pure beauty and artistry. Fantastic video 👍👋 amazing 😮🤗
Oyabun: "Normally I would send my Junkosei, but I've taken time off my hectic schedule as I see your business is doing very well and I want to personally welcome you into my Wakashu. And yes, 80%, capiche?" On a serious note, this is a place I would visit. Nice ambiance and seems to attract decent and elegant clientele.

Ciało pokryte tatuażem to coś wspaniałego choć jest to czasami czyjaś historia życia dla ogladającego to tylko tatuaż dobrze wykonany. Dania wykonane z taką precyzją aż chce się jeść i wrócić z powrotem. Bon apetit. 👌👍

Oishi!.. Arigato Gusaimas🙏Zayonara! Love here from Kuwait to Philippines
people need to learn the difference between a Horimono ( has colors) and a Irezumi ( All black ) mostly gangsters have. There was a trend back in 1965-1970s where everyone had horimonos , but since Hollywood movies portrayed Japanese with tattoo is yakuza it ruined the entire Trend for Japan as a whole and they started to ban tattoos.
