I lived in Hiroshima for a year in the 1990s. I grew to love the okonomiyaki. After returning to the US, I've tried many times to find a restaurant where I can find okonomiyaki that is good. No luck. I've been to probably 20 restaurants around the central North Carolina area I live, but nobody makes Hiroshima style okonomiyaki that is worth mentioning. If any viewers know of a restaurant in central NC where I can find some, do let me know. It's been 30+ years since I've had a decent okonomiyaki.

日本人が海外でその国の料理店を営むようにこれからもこのような海外の方が日本にて様々な日本食店を出す日！！少しづつ海外のなんちゃって日本料理店が地元の方々が料理人として経営する日も近いかも！！ NYで手軽なうどん屋値段がほとんど日本に近く少し高いだけ！！台湾系米人と台湾人がオーナーですが本格的と NY在住の友人が言ってました！
