Они могли бы разнообразить меню блюдами Грузинской кухни, например Пхали (ფხალი, Pkhali) Основа (варится до размягчения, отжимается и измельчается например мясорубкой) очень разнообразна - ботва моркови, редиса, свеклы, цветной капусты... крапива, капуста, свекла и другая зелень, я делаю даже из сорняка Сныть пополам с капустой. Заправка - грецкие орехи, чеснок, семена кинзы, соль, петрушка можно еще уксус. Заправку желательно измельчать в ступке, но можно и в блендере. Это очень вкусно..

WOW, there's nothing better than a freshly baked pizza inside a wood-burnng oven using freshest Farm to Table fresh local ingredients, the only thing better is that it's been made by such a beautiful lady. The fact that the food truck is located right by a river with such nice beautiful scenery. It might be because their target audience doesn't like charring/leopard spotting... but that is expected in a traditional neapolitan pizza. still looks really good, i would ask them to bake mine a bit longer. 8/10, but it would probably be a 10 for me with higher temp/extra time.
