I think you should get someone to make another popout character for the opposite side so the piece is more balanced out.

I agree with Rcb... or get the artist to do an additional paw so that it looks like snow bears holding it up... It just looks abit side heavy with just one side with a character... like I said even a second paw would even it out somewhat xx
@shell2250
@shell2250 Жыл бұрын
I really don't think this needs another character or to be balanced out. I loved all of the individual characters, but it looked so very disjointed until the time concept that Marco Bucci came up with. I think his black and white time master and the direction that everyone is looking balances the large polar bear out. I would be afraid that anymore would just be more for the sake of more, and it would potentially look as disjointed as some of these were when first added. It finally looks like a complete and pretty cohesive piece. I was very worried about 50-75% of the way through, but I really like how it turned out.
@the_RCB_films
@the_RCB_films Жыл бұрын
@@shell2250 It's literally one character; I mean he had Bobby Duke Arts make a frame after last season's painting was "finished" so what's the big deal? Yeah it looks good, and is fine the way it is, but why are you against a final touch? Not to mention the other artwork in this season is going to take even longer to complete because of one of the artist adding more space to work with. I feel like you might be disagreeing with the idea, just to disagree with it. Anyways, ultimately it's up to TenHun to decide what happens to the piece.

Wow - that was a beautiful video and art contribution, Jared! Really enjoyed the thought put into it. I think what impressed me most was the handling of the composition. Your part flows so well into Jess Karp's hands, and Greg Simkins' clouds/smoke. Really appealing light and shadow on the figure, too. Way to bring this project home!

My favorite part about these videos is watching the process. Each artist varies in their concept/preparation to the art/execution, to their video editing/creation. All are exceptional but vastly different in where they get their inspiration from, their difference in practicality/technical expertise/style, etc. What a way to complete the piece. Such a beautiful edition.

Thank you for watching, Winnie and I appreciate your words. It's like life- I think- everyone carries there history and emotional response to an image but in the end each step or percieved misstep was just that- a step in some direction just adding a little spin on the ball before landing. For better or worse- every step and misstep makes us who we are and that's beautiful. I think it's the same for the painting. I appreciate your time and comment, winnie. :)

As well as the attention to composition, with those large hands and the smoke above your piece, really translates as a fairy sized character and not just someone peaking out of foliage. I think that’s an interesting take. I find the more constraints on art the more creativity I have flourish in some cases. I don’t know. I don’t have an opinion on that- I think it could be neat to try it like that some time. I love the work done by everyone so much and how it feels authentic to their story and style it trumps my desire for unity. It feels more like life to me- the choices and happenings along the way were just that but the end wouldn’t have been what it was without each spin on the ball. In your making process Art i feeling so motivated like this aphorism says:... I believe in the small daily rebirths, those with which days begin with something surprising, between the habitual and the unexpected. Rebirth is mysterious, something inside us dies and something else resurrects, like the sky that yesterday belonged to winter and today enchants, and like these small leaves that will soon give light to all the trees.(Fabrizio Caramagna) Thanks from Italy. Wow what a contribution this whole video was such a nice journey to go on. Your reflections of the meanings within the piece, the pacing the, the tranquil time-lapse of the painting. The piece itself fits so well into the space and blends really nicely into the 3 surrounding artists. I also like the blend of background and character Sad this is the end of this piece and there is not going to be a frame like the last one. Wow it suddenly looks like you added something that makes me change my outlook on the painting. (Maybe the lush green?) But, It now seems like unusual elements all meeting. Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, time, life and death.. and the journey man in the middle. Maybe all being told in a story? By the bear 😄

@@JaredCullum You're welcome! Your art style is excellent! I enjoyed the Ninja Rabbit you were sketching.. I used to play a computer game when I was young.. with a Ninja Rabbit theme. 😄

That's such a nice introduction with the painting in "plein air" in alasca and your idea of telling a story through art. Really inspiring video and amazing art. The collab really became a cohesive piece. Thank you

You've not got much space to work with, though glad to see the canvis finally be completely filled. I'm curious to see if someone will be chosen to create the frame for this one. They'll have an extra challenge if so.

Hi Jarred. Jim from Madrid Spain (a New Yorker expat living abroad). WOW!!!! I wasn't aware if this collab between many of the artists I usually follow (and a few I will need to check out soon) but I must say... I really liked the concept of the project after watching your video and it is an awesome collaboration from multiple artists and their own personal take on each of their pieces. I like where you went with Boticcelli and your take on the reinassance of spring... Real cool take on the concept! So... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Cheers from Madrid and sunny Spain! 😁👍👍
