I’m 29 and pretty beat up, even though I’m in great shape. I’m on an inversion table or upside down on monkey bars almost daily for the full body decompression. Take care of yourself, man. We need to keep being able to do this type of stuff when we’re older. And this is coming from a guy who never thought he’d live to see 25.

Maybe from the military, maybe from my career choices but I decided to have another kid at 33 (he was born when I turned 34 and he’s a year old today) and dude I wish I would have been more careful with my body. I am from Washington County Virginia, have worked Hurricane relief in every coastal state in the Southeast US since 2018. I have worked by with and through DHS and FEMA in Florida, Louisiana, and North Carolina. Currently back home re-fitting for Tennessee (Jonesborough to be exact) with plans to work back and forth in a southern direction all the way to Florida by Xmas. I said all of that to say this...I will bet that there will be a Congressional Hearing about the entire thing but unfortunately, I think it will be to prosecute the folks that made videos and clips of their on the ground experience instead of any "official" being held responsible. Especially after today, now that I have had the opportunity to watch the news and KZbin and compare what is being shown and said to what I actually seen and experienced. Anyways, there is my two cents for what it is worth, if I was to say anything else I would say Don't take the loan and don't sell anything, ever to Uncle Sugar he has enough shit, if anything he should be GIVING you some of his shit.
