10 g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Frosting:
1 tbsp earl grey tea leaves
160 g (2/3 cup) whipping cream
2 1/2 tbsp white granulated sugar
