Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have absolutely been the best trainer I have come across on KZbin and it has helped immensely. It has boosted my interest in dance as most videos are not as through and clean as yours!!

Jessa Byxbe WOW! Thank you so much for such a beautiful comment. I remember what it felt like trying to learn new moves so When I make my videos I think about how to eradicate all the unnecessary frustration beginners often feel. Thank you again for watching and for commenting 💜💜💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Thanks so much! I learned more in this 4 min. video than in my actual lessons. I agree with others in the comments: please keep showing the common mistakes and then the correct way. Excellent way to learn! 😊❤

I love that you include common mistakes in your videos & show the incorrect way to do things before showing the correct way so we can see how much of a difference correct technique makes. It’s so helpful to get a visual on what the difference between right and wrong is, so thank you for putting your body through the stress just to help us out. 😂❤️

Thanks for this video... I'm going to give this a go tomorrow. I'm a beginner and this looks pretty hard 🤣 but I'll give it a go. When you start out what would you say is the most important things to work on when you start out to improve your skill and strength? Some are hard to do if you're not physically strong to begin with.

I know you didn’t ask me lol but crunches on the pole helped me with core strength. It also helps you keep track of your progression.

Sioned lou Peers Hi, I definitely recommend not doing too much too soon. That’s how injuries happen. I posted a video on beginner conditioning exercises that’s a great place to start, mastering all beginner spins and working on climbing the pole is def what I recommend to start with 💜

Hi how wide should a beginner buy a pole? Did you buy an extension for your pole? Thanks :)
@FIT2FLAUNT3 жыл бұрын
Hi, I recommend 45mm poles. We sell them in chrome and Silicone. You will need an extension depending on your ceiling height. You can email us at f2fhelpdesk@gmail.com if you have questions. Also, you can get your pole at fit2flaunt.com/ 💜💜

I'm not sure! There are many names for the same move depending on what part of the world you are learning pole and some of these names have just been around for many years.

I tried it yesterday but now the wrist of my left hand, the one I used for support, hurts. Is it normal?
@FIT2FLAUNT4 жыл бұрын
Aina Queentana Hi, sounds like you had the arm up too high which aaa causing too much pressure on your wrist. With Whole dancing when you’re first learning a skill, yes, It’s normal to get a little bit up. The next time you do it just lower the bottom arm .
