FIT 2 FLAUNT Hi there! I am working on inversions and moving up to advanced pole in my classes. Just mainly the pole sits are hard to get the skin on my thighs used to because it’s a lot of pulling and training the skin. Nothing crazy, this video was amazing and I will definitely be trying this routine out to smooth out my moves more. Beautiful! Xoxo

My best friend and I are both in wheelchairs. Queen Bee Actually, she’s a former stripper who danced throughout college. She then saved money she made from stripping and ended up opening three pole dancing studios. Not all pole dancers are strippers but some of them are/used to be and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Sooo many videos I’ve watched from so many people aren’t even that beginner friendly but rather to show off how good they are. What’s the point in this anyway? Of all the pole tutorials I've seen.... This one is best. Why? You ask? Because you explain/demonstrate in a slow way that ppl can actually learn it.. you are clear in your words and instructions.... I've been going to pole classes and I haven't been able to get some of the pole moves. For whatever reason, my mind wasn't connecting with my body to recreate what I'm seeing. Your explanation and form is so perfect! It really helps me see what I need to repeat.

@@FIT2FLAUNT I started right before the pandemic (one class)and so now, with everything opening back up. Im starting to go back. I had a session last Friday and open pole this coming Sat. During open pole, I'm going to try to perfect my spins and grips. Because I'm doing the pirouette wrong, I can't do moves on both sides, and I don't have the technique down for static pole. Can't wait to get closer to your level in 9months!
