Jason Jayawardena, and his inspiring story of resilience

We are delighted and privileged to share the inspiring story of resilience of Sri Lankan teenager and para athlete Jason Jayawardana who is exemplary in his positive attitude towards life. Jason has been a target of bullying but the negativity and unkindness of others has not got in the way of Jason wanting to be a kind person, and in him excelling in both sports and in academics.
Ever cheerful, Jason says “ I can count the moments I am sad because there are not many moments I am sad…”
