As a mental health nurse, I can see from Zane's body language how sad he is and it's breaking my heart. I just wanna give him a big hug and tell him that it's okay not to be okay all the time. Everyone has down days but it's upsetting to hear him say that he thinks he sucks and he's not proud of himself. We're here to tell you that you're amazing and loved and we love you for just being Zane. All we care about is you being happy. At the end of the day, it is Zane and Health's podcast and they need to keep authentic to them. JASON IS A GEM OF A HUMAN BEING! (sorry it needed to be screamed). I've been watching all of you on the 'vlog squad' and separately for years...This episode just really made me realize how much I love hearing Jason (and people) talk about REAL feelings - negative or otherwise...I just really appreciate listening to someone with life experience. I love when people get to an age (or maturity level ) where they don't "act". They may still be incredibly self-conscious and whatever (everyone on the planet is), but they can have real feelings, thoughts and don't over-act. JASON you need to start a podcast and interview people (vlog squad and also older/experienced people/even comedians but to discuss real life shit) to have real conversation, maybe cry, work through real-life issues....I think you'd be incredibly successful - I imagine it could be somewhat reminiscent of Marc Maron.
