Dumb topic. Waste of a segment. He scored 11points. Drew 3 fouls on the opposition in 9min had a steal and a block and 3 rebs. That's the kind of production that you get from an all star on a 9min basis. 48min in a game. If he plays that productive in a 27min role. With out a play being called for him. Witch is what David Griffin has already said, he's going to have a special year.

Shaq was 300 as a rookie, about 340-350 in his prime years ( late Orlando til the end of the Lakers...), then after Miami stint he reached 370 and was way out of shape. Barkley was 6-5 and 275 as a rookie, but gradually got down to a playing weight of 255 in his best years ( late Philly to his time with the Suns...) I think Zion should downsize to about 260-265 at his 6-7” height and work on mobility in the long run. He’s not going to overpower the bigger players in the NBA like he did everyone in HS and at Duke. IMO - he’s gotta think long-term about his career, knees and overall health.

That is one of the main reason that these kids should be made to stay in school. They learn about nutrition, weight training letting the body develop to compete against men. One year of college is too much about adjustments instead of learning about your body.
