I've been a mail carrier for 27 years....and have 5 boxers. Seen both sides of the fence. I hate aggressive dogs, rather the owners, and yet, you don't want to break into my house either. So, for family protection, there is nothing better, but as a delivery person, there's also nothing scarier. Although there have been several close calls in my 27 year career, I've never been bit. A lot of that is that I try to be extra cautious around dogs, some of it is being aware, and a lot of it more recently is the route I've been on is almost all mounted. I love how Justice wants to play with Bruce, and I can see, in a very short time, where Bruce is gonna say, "ok, I guess this little turd is going to be here for good, might as well play back", and then they will be hard to separate. Very handsome boys both of them. Keep up the good work.

You should keep a bag of dog treats in the van and give them to dogs on your rounds. My old man delivers bigger items (sofa's/tables ect) and has a bag of treat biscuits so he can gain some trust with a dog before he goes in. Helps that he's a dog lover and has a GSD at home and i also keep a bag of treats in my van (for my dogs and others in passing). My corso isn't great around people (my situation doesn't require a friendly dog) so when folks come he has a huge pen out front he goes in then the visitor is told to just ignore him completely as if he weren't there but he can sit/lie and watch EVERYTHING going on as i made it so he has line of sight to almost all the property. People staying more than one night (family/friends) get to meet him up close and personal the next day once he's seen they're still here in the morning as he equates that with them being friendlies and not just passing through. Not had a guest bitten yet and my sister and nephews have been multiple times with zero issues so fingers crossed it stays that way.

@@jasoncorey Don't apologize dude, we all go through learning curves with dogs like these. The fact YOU can see what went wrong (we'll see what happened tomorrow) and will most likely learn from the situation and remedy for the next time shows you're a capable dog owner unlike a lot of folks these days. No one has a 100% success rate with their dog no matter what they say. Bruce is a champ and JJ is adorable (makes me want to get another corso but can't as i have 3 dogs already lol).

Bruce Wayne has such majesty to his gait! He's acting just like my husky did when I brought a puppy home. It took work, but she came around and now they are the very best of friends and chose to stay together. I also just adore the fact that they are both so richly, deeply black in color, yet they aren't the same color. If that makes sense. I'm so excited for you and your new adventures ahead!

Hi guys! I’ve worked at a veterinary hospital for 25 years & am so happy to see responsible & caring breeders & pet owners on your show. I’ve only been watching for a few months so I may have missed it but was wondering…what are Bruce Wayne’s & Joey Justices registered names? Just curious! I love all breeds but prefer to own large or giant breeds but am 110 lbs and am 55 yrs. old with several orthopedic issues. Basically my days of being able to care for larger dogs is over so I live vicariously through shows such as yours. Keep up the good work!

Great Video! 👏 was just thinking door size posters of Bruce Wayne would be 🆒️ and would possibly ward off burglars. Just an idea! My neighbor has a pic of Elvis looking out front window (just recently noticed) and I've got pic of Jesus peeking out from a from window behind a bush for years now. Life size posters or pics of Bruce would be awesome w' Joey Justice standing by him as they bond. [The viewers of this 'You Tube' could donate towards having the posters made] Justice was use to being around the mom Gilda and is adjusting well. I give you credit Jason you're doing well training the dogs to respect one anothers personal space. Exercise is obviously very important in keeping Bruce calmer. And he loves the outdoors. Hope to purchase some of the products you sell like the tee shirts, coffee mugs etc.

Great video! I have a corgi and I’ve known I wanted a second dog since before I even got my first. He’s 2 years old now and I’m hoping I can bring home a new puppy before he turns 3. It sure is fun to watch Joey Justice doing the "I want to be a big dog" follow and imitate. Puppy and bathroom trips: Oh yeah. It's not really training the pup - it is training us to understand the cues when the pup needs out. I may have learned that the hard way.

Bruce Wayne is a gorgeous dog! I love his eyes! Why is it the puppy doesn't have the same eyes? Do they change as they get older or just dark in color? I don't know much about this breed, I'm just learning. Bruce is awesome to watch, thanks for sharing!
