Hey Jason. Big wide entry. Wine room. Love a bar 🍾🥂🍻🍹🍸🥃🧊. Big dining room. Huge double island kitchen. Like the outdoor kitchen is covered. Pool. Jacuzzi. Dock. Elevator. Big laundry room. Large guest bedrooms and ensuites. Another floor? Oh the primary. But the stairs in the primary lead to 2 more bedrooms? Odd. Nice showcase closet/ensuite. Theater room. Jason these $13 million dollar+ homes are interesting. But I'd like to see more of the homes you used to do in the $3-$6 million dollar range. We enjoyed those tours more as they gave us ideas for our own house in the Keys. Thanks and keep doing what you do.
