Very nice. I don't care for some of the finishes--gold, white, and glossy aren't for me, but I love the views and the interesting angles, it's not just a big box. I like the blue and white abstract cloud mosaic in the guest suite bath.

Jason Jason. And Eric. My mouth has hung open as you open the double door entry. What a view; home, outside and staging. Staging makes such a difference when done right. The bar is amazing. Lovely first guest room with en-suite. I don’t like the color of the kitchen cabinets but it is unique. Lovely kitchen. Even the design of the floor in the living room. And the foyer. Looovvvvvveeeeee the outdoor kitchen, dining and living area. All this needed was a pool or jacuzzi. I like that the tv is retracted. Grass area for the dog. Love it. So wait a minute. This is also unique with the bedrooms downstairs. Nice media room. The furniture is amazing. Glad there’s an option to purchase. A manatee? Great catch. Your phone is amazing to catch that distance. Wait. Look at the size of that tub. 🙌🏼. Private balcony too. Wait. Every room has access to a balcony? Look at this main bath. The wall tile is delicious. Idk J. The tub in the circular bed bath looked bigger to me. But both amazing. The closet is amazing. Nothing open. All enclosed. No dust on the shelves. The balcony for the primary small and thought the laundry was small. Needed a sink. Has a counter and storage. Relax in the cigar room while doing laundry. You’ve shown some amazing penthouses in the past that you even put on a suit to respect the grandeur of the home; but this right here is pretty much spot on. Thanks soooooo much for this one. I liked the layout of the media room with adjacent bedroom better as a master bedroom. More private because the walls are angled in a way that it blocks the view of the other building. Plus you get a balcony on either side since the bathroom has one and even has a nice view from the shower. Even soaking in the tub without curtains is fine because there doesn't seem to be another building adjacent to it. The media room could be an office then I'll use the current main bedroom as the media/play room since it's just 1 large room. $5.2M is ok for what the place offers plus the furniture price isn't bad too. A real kicker would have been a tub or wading pool on the terrace. It's big enough to accomodate it.

Hey Jason enjoyed the tour. That place is fabulous. I’m taking note of the alligator texture on the doors. That’s a smooth idea. I really want a high rise in Miami but I’ve gotten a little fearful of them since elevators malfunction and that sunrise location falling. I currently live in a mid rise in Texas and it’s on a large lake. It’s a brand new mid rise and I’m seeing issues so yea I’m nervous but I have always wanted a high rise condo in Miami. I love water views!
