Hello Jason. I am a 14 year old australian. I have been struggling to sleep for the past 5 days due to my headache. Now it is gone, and now I can rest peacefully. Keep the work up king.

God I wish I was able to meditate at your age, but too much trauma made it impossible. Jason is special, I don't even speak English in my daily life, but he's the only speaker I could listen to without cringing. But in french in therapy we had those cassettes with a lady that sounded sooooo aged, I just couldn't get into it... Please keep up with the meditation, even for no reason. Stress creates a lot of diseases. Plus, at your age you might be interested in controlling your dreams etc, this can be helpful, while your brain is still developing.

This is amazing! I'm serious!! No joke I have 24/7 everyday every minute and every months and year migraines due to my disability and it's constantly painful! I have been trying to find music/something like this that would help! And nobody's videos helped I searched hundreds of thousands of people's videos claiming it would help but it was just noise that agitated me to the point of feeling sick and on the verge of throwing up! I'm sure they work for others?! But within the guy telling you to breathe in and out and to have a comfortable image in you head and to relax your body, put you head and arms where they are supported! I was already feeling better my head just stopped hurting! I couldn't feel anything I couldn't feel my skin on my entire body! And my tummy no longer felt sick I didn't feel panicked and I feel so good I'm going to save that video and subscribe! His voice I love and I also love that he's quiet yet you can hear him since my hearing is failing and it's because of so many ear infection's which I get a lot, started when I was 11 has not stopped re occurring I'm 37 now! I don't sleep more that 2-4 hours a day because of the pain, only reason I do sleep that amount is sheer exhaustion. I wake at the slightest sound of noise that hurts my head! It could be people whispering and also a change in the light. I love sunny days but yet have to hide from it.. it's like I never saw the light before but I have many times! I feel like a vampire that has no pointy teeth and wouldn't harm anyone or any animal 😂 lol

Dear Jason, Thank you so much for your videos. I had a traumatic brain injury three years ago and have had almost daily migraines since. I have learned how to deal with them enough to be productive, much more productive than I used to be, but the pain is still hard to deal with. I have seen countless doctors and prescribed many medication, but I have never found one that helped enough to outweigh the side effects. I have found that self healing through meditation and acupuncture help the most with the unrelenting pain. I have always experienced the nerve pulsating feeling in my brain in the epicenter of the pain, and recognized it as helpful. It was not until this video that I really learned how to control it. So thank you so much as this video, and many of your others have been monumentally helpful in helping me deal with my pain. Thank you, Harrison

Mandy i have much sympathy for you. I have TMJ dysfunction which is a problem with my jaw that meant the dentist took my teeth all out when i was in my early 30s. I describe the pain as like a migraine but in my jaw. My facial nerves are damaged so i have chronic pain. I use a wheatbag to help calm the nerves as well as being on antiseizure medicine as a muscle relaxant. If you dont get help from a dentist or doctor i suggest you get a refferal to a neurologist. Also read up on TMJ neuralgia as that was what the doctor thought i had. I am sending healing thoughts your way and will pray for your permanent release from the dental pain. Blessings, Dot

Carin Richardson I’m sorry you are suffering
@stevenlupanko29834 жыл бұрын
Carin all meditation works for mental health I had gad and I use standard guided meditation for sleep or any of them. The point is to relax nothing can really tap into specific experiences that your suffering from because everybody's experiences are different. Meditation is actually about distraction from the sub conscious thinking which is where the sticky thoughts of ptsd ocd and anxiety disorders lie. Meditation helps you accept the intrusive thoughts and centres your thought pattern it definitely won't cure bad ptsd neither will cognitive therapy treatment but can make it manageable. Some people with disorders cure naturally overtime but many don't. I have tried to escape the agony for 30 years which is the wrong thing to do the trick is acceptance that you may have it for life and to learn how to deal with it. I went through strong suicidal thoughts for 30 years. Meditation has really helped me, not cured I know for me there is no cure and as I have glaucoma I can't take antidepressants to paper over the cracks. Good luck if you ever need advice message me and don't be shy the real cure is talking about it to likeminded people I joined a walk and talk for mental health they are the nicest people I have ever ever met beautiful people. You have to accept your different and that other different people are the ones who will understand you.
