I'm definitely in love with this one! The thing I love the most is the bathtub upstairs under the sky light window. Some candles on a dark, non-cloudy night would be romantic and maybe even able to see a falling star.

WOW! Love it! The only changes I would make would be to extend the tiled area of the entry to include the bench area to keep wet and mud off the wooden floor. I would also add a garage to the back of the house with access into the house via the laundry room. And that long area upstairs just screams sitting room/reading nook and perhaps a beverage area for that first cup of tea in the morning! Might be tempted to add another small laundry area (with stacking w/d?) near the upstairs bathroom. This is a really nice plan, Jasper. Well done!!

Love the use of a wood stove far more efficient heating than a fireplace!

This is a distinctive design. A few observations: The stairway has a tricky angled step. The heat from the woodstove might damage the TV. The kitchen needs more counter space. The downstairs bedroom has just one narrow, shaded window. With some small adjustments, this place could work for me.

Mountain resort vibes! Smart layout and gorgeous decor. That upstairs suite is ultra-luxurious! The dormer shape is really clever. I don't even know what to call it that shape, but it is very attractive and serves its purpose well. I'm not sure why, but I'm imagining a Dutch door in the downstairs bedroom onto the porch. Just curious - what is the little shed roof on the back of the house for?

The wood burner in the living room looks to be a little to close to the TV table . The wood burner can get pretty hot .

Pretty house, but no woman would like that kitchen without upper cabinets for the dishes. Sad, because the rest of the house is beautiful. Closets are too small as well. 😞

I see this as a vacation home with outdoor cooking features & hot tub. Upstairs, I’d flip the tub/shower positioning allowing for a double sized shower/seat (perhaps enclosed for steam) & the tub with a view out of that bank of windows!🪟🪟🪟

Ah, yes. But the roof is very simple. Put a metal roof on and don't have to replace for 50 years. By that time it'll probably be someone else's problem

Okay so I would not have put a faux door and labeled it PANTRY, I would have used it for something useful. The window over the sink was/is pitiful, should be much much larger. Upstairs, the tub wall, should have been a wet room so that the shower could have been much larger. And where is the closet upstairs???

Pretty home but we don’t care for the floor plan. Kitchen has too little counter space (would not install a window and instead move the appliances into an L shaped kitchen) with a bar. Downstairs bedroom is too small to be a master suite at any point in time. Since we prefer wood stove heating, the floor plan lacks any ability for it to heat the 2nd level (would remove as much upstairs wall space as possible) and the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs foyer is too wide and that large bathroom could become a small bedroom & part of the foyer would become a bathroom. Too much rearranging to make sense buying the plans for us.

I REALLY want to like this house, BUT....... its too small, cramped. If it was a little larger to accommodate a larger kitchen, all the rooms and a real fireplace without having to put a tv above it. Then it would be a home run.
