The way he holds and freezes minion waves on GP has him going gankless with huge cs leads there’s no better weak side than that in the west. Now he’s benched and the teams inconsistency is looking like C9s blow out last year.

Small info that many of you wont know about JATT: ~ He was one of the greatest players in history of one of the best ever constructed pvp games with giant playerbase at a time ( Guild Wars 1 ). He was the frontline and tactics caller ( warrior ) for one of, if not the greatest guilds (teams) to ever play the game ( RawR ) 10 times world champions. He was known as extremly professional and a little bit of egoistical player even 10-14 years ago :).

The most important thing in any shape or form of a relationship is that even if a power leverage exists (which is nearly always the case in a working space) that every involved party has atleast the option to voice their opinion without grave repercussions. Alphari having to go around the brush to "cry" for help is incredibly unhealthy. Now dont get me wrong, IMO if a player shows toxic behaviour, underperforms etc. sure you can bench him... a Coach has that power for a reason, BUT this should ALWAYS be one of the latest steps to undertake. Alphari is a human being, he is allowed to voice his opinion and I really _really_ doubt that hes such a terrible person that he wouldnt be able to talk too. COMMUNICATION IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL A LEADER CAN HAVE. Coaches are Leaders, but its clear that League Org's dont seem to care developing and nurturing leadership skills to their coaches, which is just careless and clueless.
