Caught my breath with the master closet... And that tub! It's been ages since I've had a nice bubble bath... some candles, some wine, some music..... Soak for hours! To heck with the outside world!!!! And that utility room is large enough to pop a freezer into, as well!

I do like the Franklin homes. Love the living room size, the windows and the master closet. Love the front door. I do lean towards the U shaped kitchen as well. This kitchen is just not working as it seems extremely dark and small No pantry is sad. I truly do not like the 2nd and 3rd bathroom across from each other. Have one open to the one bedroom. The other one a jack and Jill… if keeping the 4th bedroom. Otherwise have two en-suite bedrooms. Use the space from the 4th bedroom for a pantry as well as bigger closets for the remaining bedrooms on that end.

I like your idea Carla! They could switch the one bedroom, with the utility room, and make into a Mudd room, and if it's beside the kitchen, it could have a big Pantry and coat closet area

When I saw the name “the Lake Charles”, I thought you were back in Louisiana Chance. I hope you & your family are doing well. I saw Cullen had another video out. He’s such a sweetie! This is a really nice home & I appreciate you taking the time to show it. Take care of yourself & I also appreciate your prayers for me; it’s been a very rough few months! I still have another surgery coming up & I’m not real comfortable with that. Lord be with you & your family. Hugs for Cullen. 👏🙌🤗🤗🤗 Oh My!! The prices are astronomical now! Our oldest son bought a brick home in a very nice neighborhood for less than that. It’s a shame what they’re having to charge people for building materials!! Gas, food, utilities, insurance etc. You just about have to be rich to be able to live nowadays!! Lord help us!!!

I've watched a lot of videos from other channels and I have to say not one does a good a job as you do Chance. Your attention to details and first and foremost your wonderful personality. Your family is beautiful although I haven't seen your wife yet but I can only imagine how beautiful she must be inside and out by hearing you talk about her and how wonderful your son is. Ty for teaching me about these homes. I have a house but if I ever can't afford the HOA etc . I'll be looking for a double wide trailer in a community. And I've learned so much from you. This is a winner for me!!! The master bath and closet sealed it!!! Still don’t like the microwave over the stove and still must have gas stove with gas or wood burning fireplace!!! Love this the only change I'd do is change one of the bathrooms to a walk-in pantry- You only need 2 bathrms.. plus place a cover over master tub area & use that area as additional storage. Thank you Chance.👏🏽👏🏽

This house is stunning! The kitchen is a little dark for my liking, perhaps a skylight would help. However, it has something I have always dreamed of having. The entrance and living room area is so large and open that I can put a smaller table in the dining room and a huge long one in the living room area to fit our family! I can see exactly where it would go. We have 4 kids, two spouses, 2 boyfriends and 4 grandkids. I want a long formal dining table with chairs. I would do would stained either distressed gray or blonde, depending which would match better with everything else. WOOHOO CLOSET!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love Franklin Homes but I do think this one needs a fireplace in that lovely huge living room. I like the kitchen around 3 sides and the entertainment area in the bedroom. Great home tour as always Chance, Thank you.

My wife and I have been watching you for over a year. We've seen some lovely homes and not so lovely. This one is exceptional. Love love love the kitchen. Neither of us like a tub in the Master bath but that can be removed. FYI: Cullen is a handsome young man. Although you already know that.

My only fault is there is too much stuff( extremely long Master bathroom sink), (extra small bedroom). I absolutely loved the kitchen, wished the Dining room was a bit larger. No pantry,coat closet,needs a few linen closets. I didn't catch the size of the master. No hanging room in master closet. I need hanging space, a lot of it. Could put a freezer in laundry room,by breaker box. Need coat closet or hanging spot in there. I loved the sizes of the bedrooms.

Chance, this home is awesome. There's maybe 4 that I have seen, all different manufacturers... which one would we start with if we wanted to combine aspects of 4 different homes. ie this one doesn't have a pantry. I liked the one Pantry behind the one wall of shelves I think it was called a butlers Pantry, and then the one had 2 master suites, and another had the one small suite off to the right, with its own living room and kitchen.

Removing the cabinets on each side of the kitchen window & installer a much wider window would bring in a lot more natural light I would think. There are plenty of cabinets on the other two walls. Just a thought.

It's interesting how space is allocated in some homes. This model is almost 2300 sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a huge living room, a large kitchen, and very little space for a dining room table. Considering the size of the home, it seems like several people would typically live there and there's almost no space for them to eat.

Love the windows in the living room! I’d have to eliminate the island or go for a much smaller one, it makes the kitchen cramped feeling and it be annoying to have to walk all the way around it to do stuff. I’d also eliminate that desk and make it a pantry. I would prefer to extend the dining room out onto the right side of the porch to make the dining room bigger. Glad your wife and son got to enjoy the beach.
