But Ronnie has 8 Sandows and never ran his wife off with his infidelity. Same with Lee Haney, he retired to be a better father and husband. IMO that's a TRUE champion. You can feel free to disagree. Still love Jay though

I didnt take anything away from any other legend out there. Its an opionion, I feel Jordan's the best basketball player as well. Still an opinion, still not taking anything away from any other greats. I also based my opionion on what he's doing on weighlifting and training level. Jay's not doing video's on dont cheat on wife or neglect your family. Thanks for the comments, always good to have a debate.
@andremaurice18488 жыл бұрын
Hey, I'm a Ronnie fan all the way, but during his career Ronnie has run through more wives/girlfriends than an Arabian Sheikh, and has 8 children by multiple baby mamas. No hate on Ronnie's game, but to nitpick on Jay, then let's call Ronnie out too. But anyways...great video Jay and keep it all coming.

Huge inspiration. I’m 30, used to lift but didn’t take it seriously. I want to be the best me and I’ll watch every one of these until I’m doing it by memory. Keep up the hard work

Hey Jay. Old-school Weightlifter here for 20+ years. Getting back into it this summer after a long layoff and resting some injuries. Thanks for the videos. The information is very inspiring and appreciated. I have found out watching your vids for the last few weeks that no matter how long you lift, you can never know too much or stop learning. Thanks for explaining the details. Thats the best part.

good informative video Jay, I do cardio and abs for 30mins in the morning and my weight session is around 1-1:30 hr max during the evening, both 5 days a week, and I give myself 7-8 meals a day. trying and maintaining your advice throughout, and I think it's working just nice for me.

Means a lot that you're still uploading and providing quality content for people even though you don't have to. Since what you do outside the gym has such an impact on the work you put in the gym it'd be nice to see a video of how one recovers via meals, stretching, & etc. Super excited for what's to come from this channel for the future.

Jay is gonna put all these youtube gym experts out of business. Who better to get advice from than this man. Only thing that i think could be a little better in the videos is not such fast editing and a wider shot so we have a chance to see his full movement and form. Cant wait for more videos
@jontyfernandez51464 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the motivation Jay. And also, what I loved about this video was that you talked about 'training' by feel. Adapting, and adjusting on the day. Wow, its awesome to hear that a dedicated pro like you does this. I train like that quite often and wondered if it was 'alright' I suppose. And you're the first I've heard talk like this. Anyway, thanks for keeping it real and letting us into your world. Cheers J

I like doing my front and side delts on chest day, at the end. 2 exercises per muscle, 4 sets each. My favorite day is back, traps and rear delts, again same number of exercises and sets. I used to do 3 sets per exercise, but when I stopped seeing improvements, I went one set up and now I can really feel the difference. I am 44yo.

I'm glad to see you training the way you are! (for yourself, it saddens me to see people just stop like it was "a job") For 99% of us we''ll never step on stage or play a sport, but we do it for the same reason, to be happy with our bodies and health. I understand why you had to keep things close to the vest while you were competing, so I really look forward to your more candid look on how you train/eat.
