My morning routine has developed and adapted over time. I don’t always get it right and I often have days where it doesn’t align. But having a routine gives me something to get back to. I don’t expect anyone to do all of this, rather I hope it gives you some ideas to build your own! We are all different and need different things! His routine in a list: 0:00 - wake up at 6am with 8 hours of sleep. 0:30 - Say positive affirmations 0:56 - Don't check phone in the morning 1:35 - mindful brushing at 6:05am 2:12 - Meditate for an hour at 6:30am (breath work, visualization, mantra) 4:05 - journaling "attention, intention, and gratitude" 5:15 - Exercise (tennis) 8am 8:29 - breakfast (chia seed breakfast bowl) 9:28 - tea 10am

I'm was suffering TBI and anxiety few days before reading "THINK LIKE A MONK".....But after reading ur book❤️ I'm even feel grateful for tragedy that happened with me...its the worst thing thing happened to me but ur after reading ur book I'm feeling blessed and positive... anxiety just disappeared.... Thank you so much Jay Shetty 😊🙏I am trying my best to get up earlier to have time to pray and meditate as well. You just gave me a lot of ideas of how I can structure my day for I could enjoy it a little more than before. I also want to be more aware of what I am doing without even thinking. Therefore I think that by doing different styles of meditations I can eventually better that. Hu Jay I have to say that I was a physical trainer at a young age and I have found that if I don’t exercise in the morning it doesn’t always get done… If I lay my clothes out and set the intention the night before it is more likely to get done! I havent tried the aura ring yet… but I do use a fitness app and this also keeps me more accountable for what I eat and drink for the day, when I have to track it! great video! 💕🏝

OMG 2hrs of meditation...I can do 3 hours gym workout every day but I am not doing 15 mins a day of meditation.. u are awesome jay!! No phone in morning is good one!

I wish I could do this morning routine, but I have to be at work at 7:30am every day >_< this is most people's reality anyway. I need to find a job that starts at 10 or 11am like this guy.

Great daily routines. But they are actually for those who have no jobs or for those who have no problems with money. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to spend their daily time as they want because of work. But, still you motivate people to step out of comfort zone. Your speech is perfect and convincing. I am recovering from a stroke. I had an August and I’ve gained ability to walk back as well as my left arm again can you give me some advice on balancing out working out to recover and rest cause I’m having a hard time knowing how to balance.
