Jay, The reason that you are even more important to people now than when you were on stages is because you are somebody who’s physique is now more attainable. You show that as you gotten older you haven’t lost all that much considering that you’re not competing or in that world anymore. Plus your availability, the way you talk to people and don’t put them down. This makes you even more to them. A celebrity that is sensitive to fans is hard to find.People never will forget meeting you. You become that one memory that they can have forever. Thank You Rich…

What impressed me the most about Jay wasn't his 4 Olympia or 3 Arnold titles (which is amazing) but the way he handled finishing 2nd to legend Ron Coleman so many times and he NEVER GAVE UP!!! Most mere mortals would've limped away crying about how it wasn't meant to be or that the judging was rigged, etc. etc. Not Jay.... he just kept working harder and most importantly of all--smarter.... and became a legend himself. All class... too.

The fact that he works out at a public gym and doesn’t mind being interrupted multiple times by admiring fans speaks volumes to Jay’s character. Two years ago I was in the best shape of my life, 5’ 6” 178 pounds 3% body fat. I got sick last year with my Crohnes disease coming back and had lost all my energy, I couldn’t eat solid food for 3 months, no veggies no fruits, and then this past October I had to have 16 inches of my small intestine removed. I lost 50 pounds i look like shit, I have a belly now cause once my stomach felt better I started eating like crazy but not eating right. I finally got the motivation to start working out again, I started up two weeks ago but I am pathetically weak now and it’s very discouraging and depressing. Now that I’m 40 I don’t think I’ll ever get back to where I was 2 years ago but I hope and pray and for now am committed to not only get there but go past where I was. Jay has been a tremendous motivator to me and I hope one day I get to meet him.

It's amazing to see Jay Cutler looking as good as he does. He definitely wasn't messing around and with 4 Olympias under his belt... You look at everyone else like Dorian and Ronnie they look hammered. Yes there is a an age difference with these guys but he did compete around that time. Early 90s to early 00's. He's doing pretty well shape wise and career wise. Super nice guy too. Love Ronnie though. Lived like an absolute beast but man he's about as beat up as you can get. But I'm sure he'd say it was all worth it!

I love doing the front military presses. I believe that exercise helped increase my bench and shoulder limits. I do a lot of smith machine and let me be completely honest I do it because I feel confident because I feel safe and can lift a lot. I am trying to transition to free weights, but have to admit my ego gets the best of me. I no many people dislike the smith machine but inneednto break My fears, jay you make it seem easy. Keep making your videos, and people shake your hand because you seem like a real person and you show results of hard work- your famous until you get home and your family pushes you around...lol- Matty

Thank you for the bar front press tutorial off the squat rack. I have used the EZ bar and have to snatch into position as the weight increases with chancing potential injury. Switching that up, appreciate tip, thank you.

Great video Jay! Great tips on shoulder training. Ive gotten great results lately from turning my hands at the top of the lateral raise like you explained. I’ve also started doing more sets of laterals with lighter dumbbells, you can feel the muscle working better.

Jay Cutler is going to be the 2nd hottest former Mr Olympia begind Arnold. No, Jay isn't gonna be a hollywood star, but he's gonna stay in shape for another decade or more and be relevant in the ifbb unlike most former mr. Olympias
