I stumbled on this again. I refuse to watch this heart-wrenching story-line again between Aaron and Jackson. It was epic and I can't bear the pain again.

Very, very true statement that Paddy said to Aaron...."Why can't you just admit when you are in the wrong? That is what a real man would do." Paddy often has good advice for Aaron but he never listens to anyone.

That was very sweet. Must have been hard for Aaron to swallow his pride and I felt so bad because he was feeling just like he did way back in the beginning, like everyone gives up on him, but he still stood up and did something for himself, really putting himself out there. Way to go bud.

Great episode!! Ok the kiss was JUST a peck, but by him saying " I hate being without you more than I hate Mickey" was very touching. I LOVE LOVE LOVE me some Jackson..those brown eyes and that wavy,curly hair drive me krazy:)

On that note clarebear I agree.. I see so many times people wanting more to their relationship and they feel it is in the way of intimacy but sometimes what makes a relationship stronger goes sould deep and I believe these 2 are working towards that. It is still a long road but I believe with time *Spoiler*and future we will see some amazing acting done by these 2

I've got to say I find it hard to believe that Aaron believed Jackson was serious about them being over. Intead of looking for a place back in Hotten (where Jackson lived pre-Arron) he decides to stay in the tiny little village and rentt a room down the street from Aaron, not to mention the fact his mom is still staying at Paddys. I'm not saying she should have left with Jackson but if he was serious the long-term plan probably wouldn't be for her to stay with his ex.

@ericnfan the one where Jackson kissed Aaron in the street was great because Aaron wasn't expected and he liked you can see it in his face until he turned around to see Adam. The one where they finally got back together and they were sitting on the couch was just fantastic I was so excited because I knew it was comping and when they did it I jumped up in the air. Since then nothing shown that they're in a relationship beside some remarks which I also have noticed and liked.

I realize this relationship is all new for Aaron, but he has got to allow himself to feel love. Clearly he cares for Jackson, but if he continues to do what the writers of the show preach to him; I see Jackson going -- and Aaron will become the next Godzilla.

Actually this relationship is more true than most, as soaps usually dealing with gay relationships just go for the happily ever after, not that I am complaining Hollyoaks was one of my favourites. It is frustrating that he can't even say gay and Jackson does ofter prompt him, but that is his character all over, it was a struggle for Aaron saying goodbye to Clyde because of the love and attachemt issues he has. I think they are dealing with it well and I hope they have a chance to develop.

I think the acting these boys do is extremely realistic. Danny and Marc will be uncomfortable kissing as they are both straight, but Aaron is supposed to feel uncomfortable as the gay thing is all new to him and as this is his first relationship I wouldn't imagine he's be one for full on PDAs 24/7. And Marc's portrayal of Jackson is really good he is showing his maturity in being patient and understanding and in giving Aaron a chance. Long may it continue or not depending on next week ;-) x

I'm glad the writers are working on their relationship, but I gotta admit that I was pretty disappointed at that kiss. Its been ages since their last kiss and I dunno I just felt like it was going to be more passionate, not a 1 second tap kiss. =/

Not all relationships have to be all touchy feely either. I know quite a few straight and gay relationships where neither express themselves in public but to the confines of thier own home. and Considering Aarons backstory i would see how it would be difficult to display emotion and affection. I think Jackson is really as chas put it.. getting somewhere with him.

@PlatypusRising55 Agreed--it's a great RELATIONSHIP moment. And it was such an actor-who's-really-uncomfortable-kissing-another-guy-and-can't-get-over-it kind of kiss. It expressed neither passion nor need. It was just lean in and get it over with. Danny delivers the line and then because he can't express the feeling behind the line with the kiss, it all falls apart. Is this how you'd kiss a man whom you were afraid was leaving you?

@bradz3k I know it was about time to see a kiss with them again. to me there best kisses were when they were out on the street and aaron because there was a nervousness and sweetness behind it and jackson looked vey pleased with himself that aaron had like that. :) and also the kiss when they were on the couch was wonderful. sadly those were the best kisses and the only kisses up to this point.

@AnElephantsChild i hope you dont mind me just giving my opinion but i definately agree with you , i think the words aaron spoke today show stronger feelings then any kiss he could have given him .Also While watching the storyline i can see there hasnt been a lot of kisses during it ( unlike other storys like dennis and roman ) but i think it makes when they kiss even more special unlike with straight couples on soaps who are just kissing for kissings sake if that makes sense lol :)

@drew1988west No one is seriously asking for slurpy sex at dinnertime, when this show airs. If anyone is, they need to get real. The complaint--at least my complaint--is about bad acting. Either you missed that point or you're content with mediocrity. Danny Miller is not doing himself any favors by expressing aversion to what the role occasionally (rarely) calls for. The fact that both actors are straight ought to be irrelevant to their portrayal of two gay blokes who happen to be boyfriends.
