That bacon is so limp you might as well call it ham. Cooked bacon should snap in two when folded. That shite needs another 5-7 minutes in an oven to be bacon. And Subway is scratching thier heads wondering why their breakfast push sucked balls.

Hi, just a fan here who uses what they learn from fast food in my own kitchen. How long does your bacon last once received from the shipment? How long does it last in the tin vs sealed? Is there a way a normal person would be able to purchase from this vendor or someone similar? I love bacon but I don’t eat it that often and when I do it’s always super messy the way the supermarkets pack them.

The bacon we get is already precooked, so that's why it probably doesn't look as messy as raw bacon from the grocery store. Cooked bacon will technically last a very long time because it's processed with nitrates and a lot of salt. Not sure how long though. I don't think individuals can buy from these commercial suppliers because you need a contact with them, but Costco probably would be the closest you can come to this product.

@@JeremyBell thanks for the quick lesson on that - pre-cooked bacon seems to be a good option for me and it looks like quite a few stores sell it. I used to work at Panera and I’m such a fan of the speed Subway and Panera make meals. Little tips here and there make cooking such a breeze. The way you guys make salads for example, slicing with a pizza slicer in that cutting bowl - saves me so much time.
