What a great memory of a great performer. Come and Get Your Love is One of the biggest songs of the 1970's reaching #5 in 1973. Their first top 40 song was The Witch Queen of New Orleans peaking at #21 in 1971. My first view of Redbone performing was on the late-night TV show The Midnight Special hosted by Wolfman Jack in 1973. What a show that was with the members of Redbone dressed in American Indian attire. I was 18 at the time and hearing this song again stirs memories of my youth and leaves me wondering where the years went. Wherever they went, they went there fast! Thanks for another fabulous video, Jeff. Best wishes to you from Texas! 🙏🙏

Great video! Thank Jeff! I’ve got Redbone in my music collection! My wife and I went to a ZZ Top concert about 10 years ago and we found our seats and sat down. She surveyed the area and turned to me and said, “These are all old people in here!” I replied, “We’re old people!” She laughed.

I love that story! Well, I did not get to see them. ZZ Top was in my area shooting the Back to the Future 3 movie. You probably know the scene in the movie I’m talking about.

@ Awesome! I remember that scene in Back to the Future 3. I was really sorry to hear that Dusty Hill passed away in 2021. I first heard ZZ Top in Rota, Spain when I was in the Navy at my friends apartment in town in 1974. He said, “Check out this album put out by this band from Texas” I was blown away by them! The best concert I ever attended was at Madera Motor Speedway on September 1, 1975 that featured Rod Stewart and Faces, Black Sabbath, Fleetwood Mac and Lynryd Skynyrd (pre plane crash). I was stationed at NAS Lemoore at the time. Awesome concert! Keep up the great work my Friend and congratulations on 150k. You deserve it for all your hard work! 200k soon!

I have heard that song. I didn't know the band, however... *Maybe it's just me, but I feel good that this cemetery is so well kept, and meaningful to so many. The graves aren't neglected. They are individually, beautifully kept, and express love for the departed, family members. If people want to relax, and spend time remembering, and paying homage to a departed, loved one, I am all for it. Thanks, Jeff. 🙏🏻❤️🩹💐 I'd much rather see this, than abandoned, overgrown, long, neglected cemeteries that time, circumstances, and people have forgotten.😔
