Wise advice! Nothing like watching the game as a kid and practicing my routine and swing for every pitch in the living room... and when Mom wasn't home I'd sneak out the bat. Great choice on JD, it's him or Trout for best hitter in the game. Nobody goes the other way with so smoothly with such power and he hits EVERYTHINĢ hard and on a line.

Being in the moment is a really important concept. A lot of people in general are either afraid to live in the right now ... or they're trying to live anywhere but now because their now is too negative for them to naturally get there. Forcing one's self to re-focus in the now is a great tool that a lot of people use in any profession. Nice breakdown of J.D.'s routines! Good video!
