I have a K24A2 swapped 04 sedan that I'm working on building into a sleeper daily driver and it's actually pretty nice. The swap really changes the feel and driving experience and there's lots of OEM and aftermarket support since the 7th gen Civics share a platform with the RSX and EP3, so things like brakes and sway bars swap over. The unimpressive D17 and unreliable automatic transmissions are the 7th gen's two main drawbacks and a K swap fixes them both.

Dude I'm putting almost exactly the same setup in my ep3 right now (jdm k24a, 50degree vtc, k20a2 oil pump, s2 ultra street IM, differences are injen cai, s2 70mm TB, tegiwa header if it fits haha, and tegiwa 3" milltek exhaust). Aiming for at least 220whp so this video got me mad excited. maybe i'll add some RDX injectors just to sweeten the deal. also thinking to go to a straight 3.5in cai but might do that later when I it's time for toda a3 cams + springs. might be up in your area in the near future if she doesn't asplode on the way up. I'll shoot you an email. Besides that I am curious what the ambient air temp was during this tuning session. Anyway, love the videos man. cheers.

Hey Nick, how did you find the skunk2 intake manifold vs a ported RBC intake manifold? Would it need some DC 002.2 cams to take advantage of that skunk2 intake manifold? Nice numbers by the way 🙂
