As an umpire, I know how hard it is to be a referee in ANY sport. However, I've seen refs do this kind of crap. This movie, while somewhat scripted and false, was fantastic and this entire scene was awesome. Coach: "What was the flag for?" Ref: "I dunno. Excessive Blocking" Awesome, hilarious and probably true.
