True I'll never shampoo without a Prepoo. I actually use a whipped butter that I create from Ayurvedic Infused herbs, and oils, with either Shea, Mango, or Kokum Butter. Thick and whipped like frosting which I leave in overnight. Then shampoo the next day. I also use this butter in the LOC method multiple times weekly to moisturize.

This was a very detailed video and you're so right that pre Poo benefits all hair whether your natural or not. Your hair is soooo gorgeous. This oil mixture sounds so nutritious for the hair. I use grapeseed oil (and it is Bae) or I use another oil or I use a DIY mixture, just depends on what my hair needs at the time before I wash my hair. Your so right about using warm water on your hair to help the oils penetrate the hair strands. Thanks for sharing this video 👍🏾

J, i was preparing my prepoo when i watched your prepoo benefits video. I make oils and butters so i always have a mix of herb steeped oil. I added frankincense rosehips peppermint essential and castor oil to the mix and slept in it. Today i washed it out and then did a bentonite clay wash and a deep deep conditioner where i added oil and honey henna and amla. My hair was popn! Thank you so much for the water tip it helped a lot. I'll be doing a weekly oil prepoo from now on. When i was in college i did hot oil treatments which were i guess considered prepoos for back in the day.

My pre poo regimen is pretty much the same. I add aleo vera gel to my water bottle. Thanks for the tip about the ends. Sometimes I use red pimento and JBCO for my pre poo

I have recently started pre-pooing my hair and my daughters hair. I use conditioner/co-wash and oil as a hot oil treatment for 20 mins every week. I have seen such a difference in both of our hair. Came for the juicy twists in the thumbnail, stayed for your cute personality. Tfs Do you have thick/coarse strands? At first, your hair looked similar to mine, but once you started to handle it, you were doing things I definitely can't do to my fine strands. I have dense hajr overall, but fine strands that web, easily tangle, and I can't easily part, comb, or detangle. I was like, wow, you can part that lol! And with ease!

Addison Waldron thank you ☺️ I haven’t but I do want to try it. For a Daily moisturizer honestly I suggest water and seal with oil. Also I love Camille rose, design essentials, and Jane carters products they have moisturizers. I don’t use moisturizers 🧴 because my routine is good and my hair doesn’t get dry.
