Hi Jean, I work at a public library in Ontario, Canada and we just got "Greek Myths" in a couple weeks ago - So neat to personally enter a book by a booktuber I watch into our catalogue! Congrats, it looks beautiful :) I'll make sure to put it on display - Thanks for the video!

Small Spaces and the sequel Dead Voices are such amazing books, I can’t wait for the last 2 books and seasons (Small Spaces is autumn and dead voices is winter). I’m so sad we don’t get one this year

I discovered Kelly Barnhill and quickly worked my way through all her children's novels. I loved them all but The Girl Who Drank the Moon was definitely my favorite.

Have you read the Cassidy Blake series by Victoria Schwab? City of Ghosts is set in Edinburgh! I don’t read a lot of middle grade but really enjoyed them. I’d also recommend Cherie Dimaline (an Indigenous author from Canada), The Marrow Thieves has a great dystopian setting!

I love how broad your interests are when it comes to books. You don’t confine yourself in any way. Also, you’re how I’ve found out about books in translation. For some reason I didn’t realize that was a common thing. Thanks so so much! ❤️

Ahhh so many of these sounds so goood! Can't wait to hear what you end up thinking of them, especially How To Train Your Dragon! I've been scared to read that because I love the film SO much and I hear it's very different, but I absolutely trust you on all things dragon so if it gets your stamp of approval I'll have to pick them up! Also on a completely unrelated note, can I just say I'm loving your hair these days? I imagine the grown-out dark roots is probably at least partly due to being unable to get them done at a salon, but the whole dark to blonde thing is SUCH a look.

Small spaces and it’s follow up dead voices are two of my favorite books I’ve read all year. Can’t recommend them enough. The girl who drank the moon is also spectacular, something I will be rereading soon. You will enjoy these a bunch.

I love watching your book hauls we seem to have the same tastes in most books. But my bank account hates your hauls as I tend to end up with it empty after watching them and my Amazon wishlist gets filled with the overflow.

I read Rosewater for a science fiction class and really enjoyed it! It’s definitely half science fiction, half detective story. Now that I know the incorrigible children series is complete I’ll probably be picking it up soon :)

The book of How to Train Your Dragon is vastly different from the film in terms of the islanders' relationship with dragons! (if I remember correctly from when I read it) I've no idea why they changed it; it really wasn't necessary. They're still a great series of books and I'm excited to hear your thoughts on them as I really enjoyed them when I was young, but don't go into it thinking it's going to be the same as the film! Love the book haul and your channel!

Hi! Quite late to this but I have been embarking on a project to watch all your videos just a couple of weeks ago so I have come across this just now. For translated fantasy,I remember kindly the Chronicles of the emerges world, the first trilogy of Licia troisi,an italian writer that also happens to work as an astrophysic at the Italian space agency. I loved them when I was younger!

Tried to message on insta but recently read a book I think you’d like. It’s Half A Soul by Olivia Atwater. It is regency historical fiction mixed with magic/Fae and she will be writing more in the world as part of a Regency Faerie Tales series. Just thought I’d comment it here in the hopes you’d see it 😊🙈
