Oh you've brought back a memory! My father bought me and my brother clackers when we were kids. Early one evening, I was in my room playing with the clackers and my father walked into the room and took the clackers away from me. He said he'd heard a report that banging the clackers together could possibly result in the toy shattering and injuring the eyes. Then one evening about a week later, I was in my room and I heard my father playing with the clackers. 🤨🙄 I was admiring that top you're wearing. You look lovely in those colors.

I could get them to connect a few time like you did , then would whack my arm or hand. The crazy things we survived back in the day right!!! Just like the posts out there on social media, we survived riding in the backs of trucks, metal wheeled roller skates, no seat belts or bike helmets, drank straight from the hoses, fire crackers, etc. , etc.....well I wouldn't have traded it for the WORLD!!! Dear Jeannie! Thank you very much for all that you do. I watch your videos every other day and I love them so much! Now I even remember some of your phrases (“aunt Jemaima pancakes” or “Gee your hair smell terrific “ :) ) My name is Victoria, and I live in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I’ve been watching your channel for nearly a year. My favourite videos are page flipping and when you show some pictures from your past or tell the stories about you or your family. I loved the story about tough lady in a clothing store. It was so heartwarming! And so accurate about the differences in our cultures. Every time I want to leave a comment something stops me (maybe my poor language skills or just my laziness). But this time I decided to say thank you! Thank you for all your kindness and your amazing gift of loving life and sharing this love with everyone! From Russia with love, Victoria
