Thanks! I’m pretty new to KZbin and they don’t promote my stuff so much until I get more views and subscriptions. Just the way KZbin works I guess. Share it and help the channel! Thanks for the great compliments, much appreciated!!

By far the best recreation of baby Yoda I have seen. You are such an amazing artist. If you decide to make multiples, I would definitely purchase one. The way your captured his features, is as if you actually worked on the set of The Mandalorian. Way more realistic than anything Hasbro has come out with. Super cute.

You got his face right, you really captured his distinct baby look, not allot of artists out there can do that. I think you and Steven Richter are the only ones so far IMHO.... Dr Garuda comes a close second. Lorecraft's version looks way to old to be Baby Yoda for example.

The teeny tail is such an adorable bit of artistic license, ahhh ❤️ It reminds me a bit of a tadpole- which is fitting imho, considering both the baby’s taste for space frogs & og Yoda ‘s swampy home.

What’s the work time on the clay before it starts to stiffen, I know you can always heat it up to remold a bit. What I’ve read is that at 72 degrees or higher it still hardens pretty well. Do you keep your studio temp a higher temp? To allow more work time?

Hello, what sort of clay is this? Not the make, the type. My air dried stuff is rubbish... OK, just read description and I will watch to the end. ANSWER: Chavant Modeling Clay is a re-useable sulfur free, professional oil/wax based sculpting medium. Composed entirely of non-toxic, food grade components. Which is better, Chavant or Monster? What is the lighter fuel for? Thank you James Wright.

Can I ask why you add the lighter fluid?
@jeditsuyoshi4 жыл бұрын
David, it dissolves, or melts, the clay just a bit, helping to smooth it out. The clay is a chavant, so lighter fluid is my final clean up technique. 70% to 100% alcohol will also work but isn’t quite as abrasive.
