It’s not welded so you can remove them when you want more clearance off road, especially over rock trails. The finish on mine chipped right off when I dropped a step on the driveway. My fault.

1st consideration footing and quality .... 2nd appearance....3rd cost......Havoc HS2 are my preference, 3 in. tubing, ends are welded steel caps.......one piece bolt on install.

These iArmor side steps didn’t fit as expected. The come out to the sides way too much. I own a Jeep Liberty 2010

I have the same steps. However my paint on the steps began flaking off within 15 months or so. I contacted iArmor and they sent me free 4 steps. They said the paint chipped because of a quality control issue and the new steps will hold up.
