Thanks for the video. I broke one of the plastic snaps, getting my wife's blade off earlier this week. So I ordered an arm off of Mopar. I didnt have the tool you had, but I was able to use 2 chisels that were dull and pry the arm off. Putting the new arm on, I used a rubber mallet then tightened the nut back down.

Recommend adding a step. The sprayer nozzle needs to be protected from crushing by the puller. Either pull the nozzle out first or better, put the nut back on backward for a few threads so the puller can push on metal to metal.

How are used battery terminal puller to take the arm off my windshield wiper motor now I can’t get the plug out there’s 21 high and one low and that little steel washer that’s they’re stuck on the plug How do I get it out
