I live in Montrose, we run these trails a lot, the recent rains mainly changed scratch and dent, and calamity. The rest have not changed much, except boulder canyon, which is dug out from lots of people running it.

I think that LX is due for a ute conversion (or truck conversion I guess you would call it) where you chop the cab short and put a flatbed on the back. Assuming that's a done thing in the US (it's very popular here in Australia)

@@Grumpy_old_Boot that’s what I meant lol. I’d rather see them put wider axles and 42’s under the stepchild…
@Grumpy_old_Boot3 жыл бұрын
@@hunterkell6362 I dunno .. I think they have more or less hit the limit of the StepChild already, it's too heavy to become really wild - The next step up is a proper buggy. That said, it's really impressive how far the StepChild has come.
@hunterkell63623 жыл бұрын
@@Grumpy_old_Boot nah they have Standard width axles still. A true triangulated 4 link rear rear and coilover/oristruts would do a world of wonders. But I say some custom Width Fusion Fab 10” and some nitto 42’s would change the rig up. I think a big factor is they’re not wanting to cut it up much. More then they already have. Definitely a bad ass rig but it still has a lot of potential to grow plus it’s the face of the channel they’ll never get rid of it lol. The Revkit JL is a good example if I’m not mistaken they’re on 43’s and fusions and their rig is bad ass.
@Grumpy_old_Boot3 жыл бұрын
@@hunterkell6362 The problem with wide axles, is that they will have a harder time squeezing an already big rig, through a lot of narrow places.
