Jeep LJ Corner Guards No Flare Stock Opening Stock Light Mounts 04-06 Wrangler LJ TNT Customs. Jeep LJ Corner Armor with No flare Protect the side of your Jeep Wrangler LJ with TNT 3/16-inch steel Full Length Corner Armor! Wrangler TJ through 15 pre-punched mounting holes per side, using with 3/8-inch stainless steel button head fasteners giving a clean functional look. Taillight mounting holes are precut for either OEM taillights, surface mount LED's (utilize factory mounting holes) or round recessed grommet mounted LED's. TNT full length corner armor does not use tail gate hinge cut outs as our competitors do, the hinges bolt on top of the corner giving a clean professional install (spacers are provided for under the door side of the hinge).

• The radius is pressed in a singular motion with precision dies, for superior fit.
• Protects body from door opening to tailgate opening
• Fabricated of 3/16-inch steel plate, same as our rock sliders.
• Our corner guards are pre-punched for 3/8-inch SS button head fasteners 15 bolts per side

Stock Opening fits true 35s
Oversized Opening fits true 40s (requires YJ fuel bezel)
40S Opening moves rearward 4 inch and fits true 40
Notes:
Our Full Length Corners are sold un-painted and require drilling to mount.
Tubular Flares are welded on the inside for a clean outward appearance.
Corners are assembled to order and may take up to 5-7 business days before shipping.
40S Corners require relocating the LJ gas tank rearward so that it mounts to the rear frame cross-member like found in a TJ.
