Jeep Australia make a lot of dumb choices with our jeeps. Only have 32s on rubicon. No diesel. lots of bad choices

@@v8val That's actually sad, In the US literally every single 4wd you see offroad is a Jeep, they are literally 30 to 1. I think it is because yall are a RHD market, LHD markets get all the good stuff, v8 Hemis and 35s stock etc. It is probably also your modification laws, in the US you can basically do anything you want and it is still 'legal'.

You guy’s are probably already onto it, but when you run BIG rubber you need to upgrade the steering. I’m running hydro assist steering on my JK running 40 inch treps and it’s been a game changer. PSC from the states make a complete kit, they even do kits to suit LS/Hemi swaps. Keep up the good work… loving the Jeep content…

Good on you mate! Good to see you have the bugs worked out. It took me two days to figure out that you have to save at the end to get the programming to take. IIt's all about getting the FCA computer to feel alright. Look at the Magnuson Supercharger for the Jeep JT, to give you the engine power you are looking for. Then add the PSC hydraulic steering to turn those 40s like stock. Check out the American Adventure Lab High-Line Fender brace lights to chop 3 inches of cleareance to the fender. Rugged Ridge also sells a similar light for the fender chop as well. Oracle makes a flush mount LED taillight for the Gladiator, worth it for the clearance it gives.

I would love to see how (easy) the Gladiator goes up the waterfall and further along on that track where it gets a bit rocky and technical. BTW if you haven't already got one, look into a throttle controller. They make the 3.6 feel a bit more peppy and also makes low speed crawling a little bit easier.

How’s the death wobble on the 40’s? I’m on 35’’s and find it tricky to tune the death wobble totally out of the steering even with a steer smarts front setup

All about caster and making sure your track bar and pitman arm are running close to parallel as possible. If your pitman and tracbar down follow the same angle, then you will have bump steer and that induces death wobble. With that said, death wobble itself is caused by bad joints / bad caster.. get under your jeep with it turned off and have someone rapidly saw the steering wheel back and forth from the 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock position over and over while you lay on the ground watching for ANY play especially on the track bar and tie rod ends... even a fraction of an inch of play will equal death wobble.

Had to re-calibrate my JK transmission shift points etc just for tiny 33’s, nice to see you can do it via the dash now instead of the app i had to use How about “FOURTIES” or “40S” as a premium plate? Something Jeep related… “MUDSLT”…. “PSI RUBI” “HELL JEEP” I mean face it, we all know its getting a Hell Cat engine/trans swap 💪
