Jeep Wrangler Heater Not Working? Quick Test & Easy Fix

I have the opposite issue. My Jeep blows only hot air, even if I have it in AC mode.

It’s probably the same problem you should be able to test it to see if it’s moving. If you go from hot to cold, you should be able to hear it move.

The full travel . But still vents only get to about 60 degrees..

I sure miss the old days when they were cable controlled I just might buy me an old 60's or 70's truck that has vent windows and cable heater controls .

Replaced my blend door actuator on 2018 JKU Sport. Originally did the click of death and only blew cold air. Replaced it with Mopar actuator. Only blew hot or cold, no blend. Replaced hvac controller but still same issue. What is the step by step way to calibrate?? I have the JScan tool. I read somewhere that I need to calibrate without the power to the actuator (only thing I haven’t tried) and then connect the actuator power after I run the calibration. Odd thing is it worked for about 20 minutes when I first put it in, then it ran its self calibration and is only doing hot or cold now. My recirculating and mode actuator all pass. The blend door one passes one time and fails the next. Any advice?? Could it be my JScan tool, if so, what make/model scan-program tool do you recommend???

I can’t get my heat to turn on. I turn the heating knob and nothing happens. Blower motor and fuses are good.
